According to law enforcement officials, the suspect, an adult male, was initially seen with his ex-girlfriend, who provided a ride to the restaurant. Upon arrival, the suspect began acting erratically and exited the vehicle. He then approached a car in the drive-thru lane and forcibly removed the driver, who is identified as an adult male victim. As the suspect attempted to flee in the stolen vehicle, a witness intervened in an effort to stop the crime. In the ensuing chaos, the suspect drove the car in reverse, striking both the victim and the witness. Both individuals sustained minor injuries; the victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The suspect fled the scene in the stolen 2009 Toyota Corolla. While the suspect was last seen on I-695 in the Brooklyn Park area, authorities were unable to apprehend him at that time. Detectives subsequently located the unoccupied vehicle on North Kenwood Drive in Baltimore. The investigation remains ongoing, and the suspect is currently at large.
