A man dressed in a hazmat suit has been spotted twice in a Livonia neighborhood, allegedly attempting to enter homes and threatening violence. The suspect, described as wearing full hazmat gear, was first observed casing a home in a subdivision and later confronted by a homeowner near 6 Mile and Newburgh roads on Thursday afternoon. During the second encounter at approximately 3:30 p.m., the suspect reportedly yelled he would shoot the homeowner before fleeing using a chair to leap over a wall. Police confirmed both incidents and are actively investigating. Neighbors report quick response times from law enforcement, but the suspect remains at large. The homeowner expressed fear of escalation, stating, 'Now hearing if this is the same individual, hearing that he has now threatened he will shoot somebody.' Authorities urge anyone with information to contact Livonia Police immediately.
