The suspect is described as a White male. During the incident, the suspect allegedly stole an elderly victim's purse, which contained the victim's bank card and cash. The New Orleans Police Department has released information regarding the suspect to aid in their identification and capture. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
