Prince William County police are seeking 48-year-old Dr. Pascal Bobga Ngongmon, accused of sexually assaulting a patient during a treatment appointment at the Optimal Sleep and Weight Loss Clinic in Woodbridge. The incident allegedly occurred on April 1, 2026, with an arrest warrant issued on May 13. Ngongmon, described as a Black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 210 pounds, faces an aggravated sexual battery charge. The victim, a 42-year-old woman, reported being inappropriately touched during her appointment. Despite ongoing efforts, authorities have not located him.
