Tyrone Dale, 60, is a fugitive wanted by federal and local authorities in Maryland for violating supervised release terms following a 2009 armed robbery conviction. On July 2025, a federal warrant was issued for his arrest after he allegedly committed multiple supervised release violations, including drug use and new crimes. Dale’s original 2009 offense occurred at a Salisbury Food Lion, where he brandished a .12 gauge shotgun, threatened employees, and stole $1,800. He was later sentenced to 15 years in prison followed by three years of supervised release, which he violated beginning in 2024. Local law enforcement in Wicomico County also seeks him for theft and unlawful vehicle taking in April 2025. Dale, described as 6’3” and 210 pounds, has a 40-year criminal history including armed robbery, assault, and theft.
