Authorities in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, have announced that three individuals remain at large following a significant drug trafficking investigation that has resulted in charges against ten people. The suspects are Craig Cole, 59, of Norristown; Kevin Ringgold, 43, of King of Prussia; and Andre Young, 45, of Ridley Park. Warrants remain active for these three individuals, while seven others have already been arrested in connection with the case. The investigation, which spanned several months with search warrants executed between July and August 2026, targeted a criminal organization led by 52-year-old Sean Scott of Norristown and 48-year-old Steven Anthony of East Norriton. Scott was arrested in Clearwater, Florida, and is currently awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania. The operation resulted in the seizure of substantial contraband, including 250 pounds of marijuana, cocaine, 12 firearms, and approximately $110,000 in cash. Investigators identified multiple locations used for the distribution of drugs, including homes and storage units within Montgomery County, as well as a facility in Devon, Chester County, where bulk marijuana was stored, packaged, and prepared for distribution. Eight additional accused individuals have been named in the charges, including Marvin Ball, Brandynne Gardner, Matthew McCarthy, Zakery Wilson, and others from various Pennsylvania municipalities. Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele praised the collaborative efforts of local, county, state, and federal law enforcement partners, stating that their coordination was instrumental in disrupting the organization and removing illegal drugs and firearms from the community. A preliminary hearing for the arrested defendants is scheduled for September 21. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office is urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Cole, Ringgold, or Young to contact law enforcement immediately.
