Baltimore Police have identified Dashawn Taylor, 24, as the suspect wanted in connection with a fatal double shooting that occurred in north Baltimore. The incident took place on the evening of June 23, 2026, at approximately 10:50 p.m. at a convenience store located at 5211 York Road. According to police reports and dispatch audio, officers responded to the scene where two individuals had been shot. One victim was discovered in the driver’s seat of a vehicle, while the second victim was found on the ground nearby. The individual in the car, identified as 38-year-old Asia Williams, was transported to a local hospital but was pronounced deceased. The second victim, a 27-year-old man, survived his injuries. Following the shooting, Baltimore Police released surveillance footage from inside the store, which captured the armed suspect. Authorities have now confirmed the identity of the man in the footage as Dashawn Taylor. Police have issued a warning that Taylor should be considered armed and dangerous.
