The Moline Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating two masked individuals suspected of committing separate burglary incidents in Moline, Illinois. According to police reports, the suspects were involved in a targeted attempt to break into an ATM located at TBK Bank on 1st Street A. This incident occurred early in the morning around 3:30 a.m. on August 14, 2026. Shortly after the ATM attempt, the same two individuals allegedly targeted a nearby business. Police state that the suspects broke into the front door of Galaxy Tobacco and Vape, located on Avenue of the Cities, around 4:00 a.m. on the same day. During this second intrusion, the suspects stole an unknown quantity of items before fleeing the scene. The Moline Police Department has not yet released specific physical descriptions or names of the suspects, emphasizing that they are masked and their identities are currently unknown. Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen these individuals or has information regarding their whereabouts to come forward. The investigation is being handled by the Moline Police Department in conjunction with Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities.
