Finese Spiller, a 34-year-old resident of East St. Louis, remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous following a fatal shooting incident in Cahokia Heights, Illinois. Authorities have charged Spiller with first-degree murder and unlawful possession of weapons by a felon in connection with the violence that occurred early Sunday morning. The incident took place in the parking lot of BB’s Sports Bar and Grill on Lake Drive around 12:30 a.m. According to police reports, two individuals were shot during the altercation and transported to local hospitals.
