Authorities have issued a wanted poster identifying Johnson and a white 2012 Hyundai Elantra with license plate BGP35N as the suspect vehicle. Police believe Johnson is armed and are seeking warrants for his arrest. The victim, whose name has not been released, was a kindergarten student at Jacksonville Elementary School.
