The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have released updated public alerts regarding fugitives currently at large. The TBI’s program, commonly known as the Top 10 Most Wanted but currently listing 11 individuals, urges the public to consider these suspects armed and dangerous and to report any information rather than approaching them. Among the Tennessee fugitives is Allen Bautista Milla, wanted by Metro Nashville police and the TBI on charges including vehicular homicide by reckless conduct, false imprisonment, and leaving the scene of a crash involving death. Milla was added to the list on February 18, 2026, with a reward of up to $2,500. Other Tennessee suspects include Jesse Wayne Phillips, wanted for second-degree murder, and Jonathan Marchon Ullrich, facing severe charges including aggravated sexual battery and rape of a child. The FBI also maintains its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, which currently features nine active suspects following the recent capture of Gregory Henderson Jr. in August 2026. Federal fugitives include Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel, wanted for the alleged killing of his wife in Maryland, and Anibal Alexander Canelon Aguirre, accused of leading an international ATM malware scheme supporting the Tren de Aragua. The FBI has added three new suspects to its Most Wanted Fraudsters list, separate from the Ten Most Wanted list, focusing on financial schemes involving government benefits and military contracts. Authorities emphasize the danger posed by these individuals and encourage the public to assist in their apprehension.
