Taylor is considered armed and dangerous and faces serious criminal charges, including three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and one count of attempted second-degree murder. The first incident took place in the Kelley Land area on the morning of September 6. The second incident occurred around 3:29 a.m. on September 7 in the 1800 block of Community Lane, where gunfire struck two homes. Although no injuries were reported in the second incident, multiple shell casings were discovered in the street. Investigators note that it is still early in the probe to determine if the two shootings are connected. Taylor is described as a Black male standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
