Law enforcement officials have arrested eight individuals in connection with a widespread pattern of violent crimes across the Denver metropolitan area, but two suspects remain at large. The arrests were made as part of a coordinated effort by the Regional Anti-Violence Enforcement Network (RAVEN), a multi-jurisdictional task force led by the Aurora Police Department. The investigation, which began in February 2025, targeted a group responsible for hundreds of incidents including burglaries, motor vehicle thefts, robberies, assaults, and shootings linked through ballistic evidence. The crimes impacted ten jurisdictions, including Denver, Arvada, Westminster, and Colorado Springs, spanning multiple counties. Among those arrested are Deshelle Dockins, 48; Simon Botros, 19; Tekoa McClain, 21; Tayamond Thomas, 22; Kwame Hughes, 21; and three minors aged 17, 17, and 16. All adult suspects were booked into county jails, while the minors were placed in juvenile detention. However, Hezekiah Mason, 19, and Keosha Johnson, 20, both from Aurora, have not been apprehended and are actively wanted by law enforcement. The suspects face a total of 89 felony and misdemeanor charges, including violations of the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act. Authorities emphasize that the violent offenders operated across jurisdictional boundaries, making the collaborative RAVEN approach essential for their identification and partial capture.
