The incident occurred just before 1:20 a.m. Sunday, leaving one man critically injured with multiple gunshot wounds. Smith, described as armed and dangerous, has a tattoo sleeve on his left arm. A cash reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest. The victim was treated at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
