According to police reports, the suspect entered the establishment just before 1:30 p.m. in broad daylight and approached the counter. He then produced a firearm, demanding property from the staff. Following the threat, the individual proceeded to the back of the store, where he opened a refrigerator and removed various medications, placing them into a black backpack before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. The stolen items included Ozempic and other weight-loss drugs, which are currently in high demand on the black market. Law enforcement sources noted the value of the stolen drugs has not yet been determined, but no injuries were reported during the robbery. The NYPD has released surveillance images of the suspect, describing him as a male with a medium complexion, thin build, and a height of approximately 5 feet 10 inches. He is estimated to be between 16 and 24 years old, weighing around 150 pounds, with black hair and a thin mustache and beard.
