He proceeded to break into the food truck and stole various items before fleeing the area. Upon leaving, the man traveled west on 21st Avenue, moving from 16th Street. Authorities have provided a description of the individual, identifying him as a Black man. At the time of the crime, he was wearing a white hoodie and carrying a camo-style Reebok backpack.
