Although Garcia was released pending his next court appearance after posting bail, he subsequently skipped the hearing, prompting the current wanted status. Garcia is a convicted sex offender in DeSoto County, previously found guilty of lewd and lascivious battery of a child. He is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. Distinctive physical identifiers include a tattoo of the symbol for Thor on his right arm, the name Lucy on his wedding ring finger, and the names Bella and Alyssa on his left arm.
