Baltimore police are actively searching for Deshawn Taylor, who is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 38-year-old Asia Sean Williams. The incident occurred on June 23 in the 2400 block of York Road, near McCabe Avenue, outside a local convenience store. According to investigators, a dispute erupted inside the store between Taylor and another individual. As Williams exited the establishment and entered her vehicle, shots were fired from inside the store and from its front entrance. Williams was struck by gunfire and found dead in the driver's seat. A 27-year-old male was also shot during the incident and is currently recovering from his injuries. Police have stated that Williams was not the intended target of the attack. Detectives have released surveillance video showing Taylor armed with a gun, alongside a photograph of the suspect. Baltimore Police Detective Frank Jenkins has described Taylor as the city's most wanted suspect, emphasizing that he has successfully evaded capture since the shooting. The suspect's family, including his mother and aunt, have expressed profound grief and called for his immediate surrender to ensure public safety. An $8,000 reward has been offered for information leading to Taylor's arrest. Authorities are urging anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to contact Baltimore City detectives or Metro Crime Stoppers. The investigation remains ongoing as police continue to seek the public's assistance in locating the at-large suspect.
