According to law enforcement reports, the incident took place at approximately 4 a.m. at a strip center located at the intersection of Richmond Avenue and Ocee Street in west Houston. Responding officers discovered a 38-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the commercial property. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
