Dwayne Williams, a 22-year-old resident of Lehigh Acres, is currently at large and wanted by law enforcement on multiple serious felony charges. According to reports from Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Williams was previously arrested alongside an accomplice, Eric Sapp, for a series of car burglaries and other criminal offenses. Following his release from jail, authorities allege that Williams removed his court-ordered ankle monitor and resumed criminal activity. The most recent charges stem from a violent incident that occurred two days after his release, during which Williams and another suspect allegedly robbed a victim at gunpoint, resulting in significant injuries. In addition to armed robbery, Williams is wanted for armed burglary, kidnapping, aggravated battery, grand theft, burglary, and credit card fraud. He is described as standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. His last known residence was in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Investigators are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any information regarding Williams' whereabouts. Individuals with knowledge of his location are asked to contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers immediately. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 1-800-780-TIPS (8477), using the P3 mobile application, or visiting the organization's website. Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $3,000 for tips that lead to an arrest. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities emphasize the dangerous nature of the suspect due to the violent history associated with the current charges.
