At the time, the victim was seated in her vehicle when an armed male approached her. The suspect allegedly forced the woman to drive to a nearby automated teller machine, where he compelled her to withdraw cash. Following the transaction, the suspect directed the victim back to her car before abruptly exiting the vehicle and fleeing on foot. Authorities have released a physical description of the individual, noting that he was dressed in all-black attire featuring white stripes down the sides of his pants and was wearing brown sandals. Investigators are urging anyone who may have witnessed the encounter, recognized the suspect, or possesses dashcam or surveillance footage from the Dulles Avenue corridor to come forward.
