Boise Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating 22-year-old Keigan Blagburn, who remains at large and is wanted on charges of felony aggravated assault. Blagburn is the fourth suspect identified in the fatal stabbing of 20-year-old Casey Rayburn, which occurred on September 7 during a house party located on the 6000 block of North Duncan Lane in Boise. Authorities state that an altercation took place on the front porch of the residence, leading to the fatal incident, and indicate that gang activity played a role in the death. While Blagburn has not yet been apprehended, three other individuals involved in the case have already been charged and are in custody. Tashaun Maldonado, 18, of Caldwell, turned himself in to Canyon County authorities on September 23. He has been charged with aiding and abetting murder in the second degree and aggravated assault, both felonies, and is being held at the Canyon County jail on a $1 million bond. A warrant for Maldonado was originally issued on September 17. Additionally, Isaiah Chavez, 18, of Garden City, and Miyah Ford, 18, of Boise, have been charged with second-degree murder and felony aggravated assault, respectively. Both Chavez and Ford are currently held at the Ada County jail with bonds set at $2 million and $500,000. Blagburn remains the only suspect not yet in custody. Investigators are urging anyone with information regarding Blagburn's location to contact the Boise Police Department. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to piece together the events that led to Rayburn's death.
