The FBI has added Satinderjeet Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, to its list of Ten Most Wanted Fugitives. Singh is a 33-year-old alleged leader within the Bishnoi transnational criminal enterprise, which operates across India, the United States, and Canada. He is wanted on multiple federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to interfere with commerce by extortion, and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. Authorities allege that Singh acted as a key lieutenant for Lawrence Bishnoi, directing criminal activities worldwide from prison using smuggled contraband cellphones. Among the most serious allegations is Singh’s role in ordering the assassination of H.S.N., a prominent Sikh religious and political figure, who was shot and killed in Surrey, British Columbia, on June 18, 2023. The Bishnoi enterprise is also accused of stealing approximately 520 kilograms of cocaine from rival gangs in the greater Los Angeles area between March 2024 and July 2025. Singh is considered extremely violent, armed, and dangerous. While he is known to reside in California and various parts of Canada, his current location is unknown. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to his capture. The investigation is being conducted by the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office, the Los Angeles Police Department, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Singh is one of five remaining fugitives from Operation Hardball, a years-long federal probe into Indian crime syndicates. The public is urged to avoid interaction with Singh and to contact the FBI’s toll-free tip line at 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit tips online at tips.fbi.gov if they have any information regarding his whereabouts.
