Authorities allege prior offenses including unlawful weapon possession and drug-related charges. Muhsen is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with tattoos on his neck, left hand, and left wrist. A $6,000 reward is offered through May 2026 for information leading to his arrest, with an additional $5,000 from the U.S. Marshals Service.
