Harris County Constable Precinct 4 is seeking the public's assistance in locating three individuals wanted in connection with an ATM burglary that took place in Spring, Texas. The suspects are identified as Jerome Thomas, Warrick Mason, and Nolan Furr. They are currently wanted for engaging in organized criminal activity following an incident where they attempted to break into an ATM located inside a business on Aldine Westfield Road. According to authorities, an employee contacted law enforcement after observing multiple men attempting to damage the ATM in an effort to commit theft. Although the suspects were unsuccessful in their attempt, they fled the scene in a vehicle at high speed. The vehicle was located by deputies in traffic but continued to flee before crashing into the yard of a residence. All three men fled on foot following the crash. While Jerome Thomas was subsequently captured and charged with criminal mischief and interference with a police service animal, Warrick Mason and Nolan Furr remain at large. In September 2026, investigators received information that DNA recovered from evidence at the scene matched Mason and Furr, leading to their identification as additional suspects. The investigation revealed that all three defendants have prior criminal histories involving offenses such as organized criminal activity, drug-related crimes, robbery, assault, burglary, and vehicle theft. Authorities have established case number HC2603-00156 and are urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mason and Furr to come forward. Individuals with tips are encouraged to contact Constable Mark Herman’s Office at 281-376-3472 or their local law enforcement agency. The recovery of valuable evidence from the scene has been submitted for forensic examination to support the ongoing investigation. The public is reminded that these individuals are considered dangerous and should not be approached.
