Angel Carrasco, 31, is currently wanted by the NYPD for the murder of Nathaly Ramirez, 23, in the Bronx. The incident occurred on the morning of Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at approximately 3:38 a.m. outside the building located on Olivnville Avenue near Allerton Avenue. According to police, Carrasco pushed Ramirez and her eight-month-old daughter from the fifteenth-floor balcony of their apartment. Surveillance footage shows Carrasco, described as armed and dangerous, wearing a tan hoodie with the hood up and carrying a backpack, walking away from the scene shortly after the incident. Ramirez died from her injuries after cushioning the fall for her infant, who was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center. The baby’s condition has improved from critical to stable, and authorities expect her to survive. Carrasco has a prior arrest history, including two arrests earlier in 2026 for clashes with Ramirez, one for misdemeanor assault on January 5. Neighbors reported frequent domestic disputes between the estranged couple, with one witness recounting Ramirez pleading with Carrasco to stop scaring the baby before the fatal act. Carrasco is described as 5-foot-9, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. Investigators are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the NYPD or Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
