Norris has black dreadlocks, brown eyes, a mustache, a goatee, and distinct tattoos, including "DARKECE" and a cross on his arm, along with "IN GOD I TRUST" on his abdomen. He is wanted in connection with a violent shooting that occurred around 2:01 a.m. on Sunday, May 24, 2026, in the 800 block of Asheland Avenue in downtown Asheville. During the incident, a victim sustained gunshot wounds to the arm and head before receiving immediate aid and being transported to Mission Hospital, where he remains in stable condition. Norris faces several serious charges, including attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, possession of a firearm by a felon, assault by pointing a gun, and discharging a firearm within city limits. Detectives emphasize that Norris is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
