Three suspects remain at large following a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday in east Las Vegas, Nevada. The victim has been identified as Reynaldo Rodis, an employee at a business complex located near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Pecos Road. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, three men entered a second-floor business suite with the intent to commit a robbery. During the incident, an employee attempted to intervene by lunging at one of the individuals, which resulted in that suspect shooting Rodis. The victim, who also had ties to the local boxing community and served as a director for Elevated Life Ministry, was killed in the attack. Police have not yet determined a specific motive for why this particular business was targeted, though a witness noted that the same location had been targeted approximately two weeks prior. As of Friday, no arrests have been made, and investigators continue to search for the three men involved. Detectives have been conducting door-to-door inquiries within the complex to gather information. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding the suspects' identities or whereabouts to come forward. Individuals with tips are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555. The community remains on alert as the investigation continues, with neighbors expressing concern over safety in the area. The business suite remains locked as detectives work to solve the case.
