Henry Pena-Acosta, 29, of Scranton, and Lisania Diaz-Feliz, 25, of Wilkes-Barre, are currently at large and sought by authorities for their alleged roles in a sophisticated retail theft scheme. The pair, along with an unidentified third suspect, is accused of using a cloned credit card to purchase thousands of dollars in merchandise from a Lowe’s store located off Route 61 in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on July 17, when the suspects arrived at the store in a rented Home Depot box truck. According to police reports, they selected approximately $5,200 worth of items, including water heaters and wood flooring, and used the fraudulent card belonging to a 47-year-old Pennsylvania woman to complete the transaction. The fraud was discovered later when the credit card issuer issued a chargeback notice to Lowe’s on September 12, prompting the retailer to reimburse the victim. Investigators linked the suspects to the crime through surveillance footage and credit card records. Additionally, Diaz-Feliz is alleged to have rented the box truck used in the heist from a Home Depot in Wilkes-Barre on July 16. Records indicate she had rented vehicles on multiple occasions in Columbia and Luzerne Counties, allegedly to facilitate organized retail theft. Tilden Township police, in coordination with the Washington Township Police Department, have issued active felony warrants for Pena-Acosta and Diaz-Feliz. They face charges including forgery, organized retail theft, and access device fraud. Authorities are urging the public to assist in locating the suspects. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Pena-Acosta, Diaz-Feliz, or the third suspect is asked to contact the Tilden Township Police Department at 610-562-9001 or via email at crimetips@tildentownship.com. Anonymous tips may also be submitted to Crime Alert Berks at 877-373-9913.
