Authorities in Richland County, Ohio, have identified two individuals as currently at-large suspects following a significant law enforcement operation in Mansfield. The suspects are Andrea Collier and Antonio Hobbs, who remain unapprehended despite a recent multi-agency raid targeting drug trafficking activities. The operation was conducted on Tuesday by the METRICH Enforcement Unit, with assistance from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF). During the roundup, officers arrested Ryan Boyd at 86 Dawson Avenue in Mansfield. While executing the arrest, officers observed evidence of drug trafficking in plain view, leading to the execution of a search warrant at the residence. The search resulted in the seizure of crack cocaine, materials used in the manufacture of crack cocaine, a currency-counting machine, and $14,327 in U.S. currency. The indictments for this operation stem from a lengthy investigation into drug trafficking in the Mansfield area. The ten individuals targeted in the raid are linked to Lamar Johnson, Rashad Keith, and Cy Ison, who are currently incarcerated at the Richland County Jail on drug-related charges. Johnson and Keith were arrested in August following the seizure of approximately two kilograms of cocaine, while Cy Ison was connected to the seizure of $84,510 in U.S. currency in September. With Collier and Hobbs still at large, authorities are urging the public to assist in their capture. Citizens with information regarding the whereabouts of Andrea Collier or Antonio Hobbs are asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED (1-866-492-6833) or the METRICH Enforcement Unit at 419-52CRIME (419-522-7463). The METRICH Enforcement Unit emphasized that this action demonstrates their commitment to disrupting drug trafficking operations and improving public safety throughout Richland County. The investigation into individuals involved in the distribution of illegal drugs continues.
