Southeast Minnesota law enforcement agencies are actively searching for Xandros Loukaskarmen Cordet-Moros, a 19-year-old man wanted in connection with an online child exploitation case. Cordet-Moros is facing two charges of possessing child sexual abuse materials involving minors under the age of 14. The investigation began in late July when Wabasha County detectives received a tip from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension regarding a Discord user within their jurisdiction. The reporting website identified a user for uploading a video containing illegal content, providing an email address linked to Cordet-Moros and an IP address that corresponded to his residence in Wabasha County. Following the receipt of his Discord account records, detectives located two videos depicting children under the age of 10 engaging in sexual acts with adult men. On October 22, law enforcement executed a search warrant at Cordet-Moros' residence in Wabasha. During the search, officers located one iPhone and several notepads containing online account information. However, Cordet-Moros was not present at the home at the time of the search. An adult residing at the premises informed detectives that the suspect had left for school in St. Paul, taking his electronics with him. As of the end of the business day on Friday, October 23, 2026, Cordet-Moros had not been booked into the jails of Ramsey, Hennepin, or Wabasha counties. Authorities issued the arrest warrant to prevent him from destroying evidence or fleeing the state. The Wabasha County Sheriff's Office and partner agencies continue to seek the public's assistance in locating the suspect.
