Authorities are actively searching for Rymek Milligan, a 38-year-old resident of Baltimore City, who is currently at large after allegedly violating the terms of his supervised release. Milligan is wanted on a warrant issued by the Maryland Parole Commission in August 2026. He had been serving a five-year prison sentence connected to a major drug enterprise takedown before being paroled in February 2026. Investigators state that Milligan violated the conditions of his probation, and his current location is unknown. Milligan’s criminal history is extensive, spanning two decades, including previous arrests for drug and gun-related offenses. He was originally indicted in August 2022 alongside five others for a 13-count indictment involving the possession of firearms and the distribution of fentanyl and heroin across Howard and Baltimore counties, as well as Baltimore City. The indictment described Milligan as a mid-level redistributor, noting that some of his buyers or users suffered overdoses. His involvement included a May 2022 traffic stop by Maryland State Police, during which troopers recovered more than three ounces of fentanyl and a handgun reported stolen in West Virginia. Milligan was arrested on an outstanding warrant while investigators built their case and officially pleaded guilty in Howard County Circuit Court in June 2023. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, with all but five years suspended, followed by two years of probation. Al Maresca, a Senior Inspector with the U.S. Marshals Service, emphasized the public safety concern posed by Milligan, citing his history of arrests and probation violations. The U.S. Marshals Service is urging anyone with information regarding Milligan’s location to contact them immediately at 202-819-5058. Law enforcement continues to seek his apprehension to prevent further potential criminal activity.
