Authorities are searching for Infinity Jones, a 28-year-old resident of Fort Myers, Florida, who is currently at large on an active warrant. Jones is wanted for failing to appear in court regarding charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. The legal trouble stems from an incident in July, when police responded to reports of Jones smoking crack cocaine in a public park in broad daylight. Upon arrival, officers observed Jones attempting to conceal crack rocks within the slats of a park table. She was subsequently arrested, and the drugs were confiscated. Following her arrest, Jones was held in jail for approximately one month before being released under the condition that she attend her scheduled court proceedings. She failed to appear, resulting in the issuance of the new warrant. According to the Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Jones has a significant criminal history, with an arrest record dating back to age 13. She has accumulated over 20 prior arrests involving charges such as theft, fraud, grand theft auto, and drug possession. Physical description details indicate that Jones stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. Her last known residence was in the Dunbar area of Fort Myers. Investigators are urging the public to assist in locating Jones. Individuals with information regarding her whereabouts are asked to contact the Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously via the P3 app, through the organization's website, or by calling 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). The agency notes that tips leading to an arrest may make the informant eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000. This case remains active as law enforcement continues efforts to apprehend the suspect.
