Authorities have identified 15-year-old Khi Broussard as the victim in a fatal shooting that occurred Saturday night in New Caney, Texas. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 20700 block of Stevens Road after reports of a teenager found shot outside a residence. Broussard, who previously attended Aldine Middle School and Keefer Crossing Middle School and was known to frequent the Greenspoint area, died from his injuries on the scene. A neighbor reported discovering the teen’s body in front of a house and noted he lived in the neighborhood. Investigators believe the suspect and the victim had prior contact through social media and arranged to meet on the night of the incident. No arrests have been made, and the suspect remains at large while law enforcement actively searches for leads. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is urging residents to review personal security cameras and is specifically requesting any surveillance footage from the Stevens Road area between 10:30 p.m. and midnight on Saturday that might show a possible suspect or vehicle.
