He was last seen wearing a button-up shirt, dark blue vest, and blue jeans. The suspect is not believed to be a student, and the nature of his relationship to the victim remains unclear. Seattle Police and UWPD are conducting a joint investigation, urging residents to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity.
