The victim, a 30-year-old man who neighbors described as a quiet immigrant from Brazil, was found in the front seat of a white pickup truck with a jet ski attached. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head and back area and was pronounced dead by medics at the scene. The male shooter remains at large and is considered a person of interest.
