The New York City Police Department has released photographs and is actively seeking a male suspect in connection with a sexual assault aboard a city subway train. The unidentified individual is described as having a light complexion, a slim build, blond hair, and a visible neck tattoo. At the time of the incident, he was last seen wearing a blue hat, a blue shirt, and carrying a black backpack. The victim, identified as a 73-year-old woman, was riding the train when the suspect allegedly positioned himself directly behind her. According to police reports, the man exposed his genitals and pressed his body against the victim’s buttocks over her clothing. The alleged assault took place on Friday evening, June 5, at approximately 8:30 p.m., on a 7 Train approaching the Vernon Boulevard station in Queens. Following the incident, the suspect fled the train on foot and has not been located. Authorities confirmed that the victim sustained no physical injuries. The NYPD is currently asking the public to review the released images and come forward with any information that could assist in identifying or locating the suspect.
