The second suspect, identified as the shooter, is described as shorter, ranging from five feet three to five feet five inches, with a light complexion. He was dressed entirely in black clothing and wore a light gray camouflage facemask. Investigators note that he brandished and fired a handgun using his left hand. The crime took place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of Durfor Street in Philadelphia. Prior to the encounter, surveillance video captured the pair walking near 20th Street between Ritner and Jackson. Following the shooting, the suspects fled on foot and were last observed in the vicinity of 22nd and Porter Streets after discarding their masks and hooded sweatshirts. The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is managing the ongoing investigation. The City of Philadelphia is currently offering a twenty-thousand-dollar reward for any information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
