Baltimore police investigators are currently searching for an unidentified suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of Treyvon Matthews. The suspect is wanted for homicide after allegedly exiting a black vehicle and firing multiple shots into the area. During the incident, two other individuals were also struck by gunfire but survived the attack. The shooting occurred on January 15, 2026, in the 2100 block of West Patapsco Avenue in South Baltimore. Released surveillance video shows the gunman stepping out of the vehicle, discharging his weapon, and immediately returning to the vehicle before fleeing the scene. The Baltimore Police Department Homicide Division is actively seeking public assistance to locate the individual. Authorities have announced that an $8,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to the suspect's arrest and conviction.
