Martin, described as a Black male with a medium complexion and short dreadlocks, is considered armed and dangerous. He is sought for the killing of Raphael Gowans, whose body was discovered at a residence on 95 Berry Lane just after 8 p.m. on Thursday night. Upon arrival, deputies and detectives from multiple agencies launched an immediate ground and aerial search of the neighborhood near National Spinning, utilizing drones and foot patrols. Despite the extensive manhunt, Martin successfully evaded capture and remains at large. Authorities have issued a strict public safety warning, advising residents not to approach the individual under any circumstances. Instead, the sheriff’s office has directed the public to contact emergency services immediately if Martin is spotted.
