Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s assistance in locating eight individuals with active felony arrest warrants. The suspects include Jessica Billingsley (22) for assault and harassment, Lee Vernon Council Jr. (44) for robbery, Michaela Indian Perfume Dyer (30) for burglary, James Richard Garfias (37) for multiple charges including assault and drug offenses, Charles Adolfo Pardo (37) for stalking and protection order violations, Brook Alexandra Swanson (35) for aggravated robbery, Monica Judith Velarde (29) for robbery and theft, and Alan Lee Willoughby (41) for assault and theft. All are considered at-large as of May 11, 2026. Descriptions, including heights, weights, and hair/eye colors, are provided for each suspect.
