Toledo Police have issued active warrants for Ka Nye Taylor, a 20-year-old Black male standing five feet tall with black hair and eyes, who is wanted on 11 counts of felonious assault. Authorities are simultaneously seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a second shooter involved in the incident. The alleged crimes occurred on June 6 at the Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio, where an exchange of gunfire left 12 individuals injured. Investigators state the violence stemmed from a dispute between two rival groups, resulting in a violent altercation that claimed both targeted individuals and innocent bystanders among the victims, who range in age from teenagers to adults in their 60s. All injured parties are currently expected to make a full recovery. The Toledo Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service are jointly managing the ongoing investigation. Law enforcement has recovered two firearms from the scene and continues to search for the suspects, who remain at large.
