PHOENIX, Ariz. — Authorities are searching for an unidentified suspect following a deadly triple shooting that occurred Saturday morning, June 14, 2026, at a residence in south Phoenix. The incident took place around 9 a.m. on Darrow Street, near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Baseline Road. Upon arrival, Phoenix police and fire departments discovered 40-year-old Carlos Galindo deceased inside the home. Two other individuals were injured in the attack and transported to local hospitals. A 37-year-old woman is currently fighting for her life with life-threatening injuries, while a 35-year-old man is hospitalized but expected to survive. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and observed a man fleeing the scene prior to the arrival of emergency responders. Police have not yet released any identifying details regarding the suspect, who remains at large. The area was secured with crime scene tape, and a heavy police presence was maintained throughout the investigation. Investigators are urging anyone with information to come forward.
