HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. -- Law enforcement officials are searching for three suspects who remain at large following a vehicle pursuit that concluded in Holly Springs on Sunday. The incident began in Marshall County and ended near Highway 178 East and the Red Oaks Apartments on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. According to the Holly Springs Police Department and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, the suspects were driving a stolen vehicle when they stopped the car and fled into a wooded area behind the apartment complex. Police deployed K-9 units to track the individuals, following a scent trail toward the West Woodward area near the local golf course. However, the trail eventually went cold, and authorities have since suspended active search efforts. While the suspects have not been identified by name or described physically in the initial report, police advise residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately. Officials have stated there is no current information indicating that the fleeing suspects pose an immediate threat to the community.
