Lloyd Phillip Simon, 75, a man convicted of robbing M&T Bank twice in 2019 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in downtown Baltimore, remains wanted by federal authorities. Simon violated his supervised release terms after being sentenced to 70 months in prison for the 2019 crimes. A warrant for his arrest was issued in November 2024, but his whereabouts remain unknown as of May 2026. Surveillance footage and recovered evidence linked Simon to both robberies, where he stole $1,677 and $357 in cash. Investigators recovered his clothing, a stolen backpack, and prohibited ammunition from his home. Simon has a prior 2001 Maryland bank robbery conviction. The U.S. Marshals Service urges anyone with information to contact their tip line at 202-819-5058.
