Law enforcement officials in Georgia are urgently seeking the public's assistance in locating two armed and dangerous men wanted for separate murder investigations. The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and the Rome Police Department have issued a joint warning that Chancelor Lamar Crawford and Treveonsay Tre’jion Burge may currently be hiding in the Atlanta area. Both suspects are considered highly dangerous, and authorities have explicitly urged citizens who spot them to call 911 immediately without attempting to approach or confront them. Chancelor Lamar Crawford is wanted for the fatal shooting of Chancellore Jabez Donaldson, which occurred on April 19 at a Family Dollar store in Rome. Crawford faces multiple serious charges, including murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Additionally, he is charged with failure to appear for an obstruction arraignment and probation violation stemming from original charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and firearm possession. The second suspect, Treveonsay Tre’jion Burge, is wanted for the shooting death of Adam Taylor Hernandez on October 21, 2025. Burge is facing charges of murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery. To encourage tips regarding the whereabouts of these fugitives, the U.S. Marshals Service SE Regional Fugitive Task Force has offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of each suspect.
