The New York Police Department is actively seeking a suspect wanted for a series of robberies targeting three 47-year-old men in South Richmond Hill over a three-week period. The incidents occurred within a three-block radius centered on Liberty Avenue, involving both a primary suspect and an accomplice who is also at large. The first known incident took place on the early morning of Sunday, May 17, in the 106th Precinct near Liberty Avenue and 112th Street. During this encounter, the suspect and an accomplice approached the victim, struck him, and stole a cellphone and necklace valued at approximately $500. The victim sustained minor injuries. On Saturday, June 6, in the 102nd Precinct near Lefferts Boulevard and 101st Avenue, the suspect approached a victim, threatened him with a knife, and forcibly took nearly $800 in cash. The victim was not injured. The following night, Sunday, June 7, in the 106th Precinct near 113th Street and 107th Avenue, the suspect snatched a necklace valued at approximately $7,000 from a victim approached from behind. This victim was also unharmed. Police have released surveillance images of the prime suspect from the June 7 incident, describing him as having a dark complexion, a beard, and a mustache. He was wearing a black Under Armour hooded sweatshirt and a white bandana at the time of the offense. Authorities have offered a reward of up to $3,500 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspects.
