Authorities are actively searching for 22-year-old Oscar Sanchez-Munoz, who remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. Sanchez-Munoz is the primary suspect in a series of shootings that occurred on Tuesday evening, June 16, along Interstates 70 and 670 in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident resulted in one fatality and four injuries, including an Uber driver and three other victims, all of whom are expected to recover. Law enforcement agencies, including the Kansas City Police Department and the FBI, have identified Sanchez-Munoz through investigations into a separate June 11 shooting in Kansas City, Kansas, near 7th Street and Metropolitan Avenue. Following the identification, police executed search warrants at multiple locations, including a residence at 16th and Kensington and a home in the 700 block of Brookside Avenue in Independence. Despite extensive searches involving K-9 teams and the use of less-lethal breach ammunition, Sanchez-Munoz has not been located. Police Chief Stacey Graves confirmed that the suspect's current whereabouts remain unknown. The FBI has offered a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to his arrest.
