Surveillance footage from the company shows the suspect, described as a man in a white shirt, stumbling between the trucks before fleeing the scene on foot. Investigators note that Miller left behind a 2002 red Honda Civic at the location. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest, charging him with stopping after an incident, failing to exchange information, and operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
