Two suspects are wanted following a breaking and entering and arson incident at a Monroe cannabis store. Early Sunday morning, a stolen maroon Jeep Cherokee crashed into the Pure Cannabis shop on Dixie Highway, with witnesses reporting the driver appeared to intentionally ram the building. The suspects fled the scene as the store caught fire. Deputies arrived to find the vehicle partially inside the store, with fire suppression systems activated. The Jeep was reported stolen from Detroit. Surveillance video has been released as part of the investigation. The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is offering a tip line (734-240-7530) and anonymous Crime Stoppers reporting (1-800-Speak Up) for information. Investigators remain actively seeking the suspects, who remain at large as of May 11, 2026.
